要点:红凤菜叶含大量的铁质,具补血滋阴之效,花生有催奶效用。
Step 1
将镬烧热,把姜丝炒至干水,加入麻油继续炒香。Fry ginger in dry wok until dry up; add in sesame oil and sauté until fragrant.
Step 2
加入红凤菜炒匀,加入白玉菇和花生炒均匀。Add in Red Silver beet and stir-fry, and then toss in Shimeji mushroom and peanut and stir to mix.
Step 3
最后加入调味料炒至红凤菜软身即可上碟。Add seasoning and stir-fry until the vegetable is soften, dish out.
